This luxurious multi-use project is Donald Trump's latest signature venture, and the first of its kind in Latin America. An integrated living project covering more than 2.4 million square feet, it consists a condominium, hotel and entertainment complex, a yacht club, and an exclusive island beach club.

The 65-story waterfront tower design flares like a fully deployed sail over Punta Pacifica, one of Panama City's most elite neighborhoods and just minutes from the Business District, modern shopping malls, the John Hopkins-affiliated Punta Pacifica Hospital, and the Tocumen International Airport.

No expense has been spared to maintain the Trump standard of ultimate living. With flow-through panoramic views from the Trump Tower, clients of the $200 million project will also have use of a yacht and fishing club, a full-service spa with Turkish baths, international casino, business center, boutiques, restaurants within the complex, and a private beach club set on the exquisite Cantadora Island, in the Pearl Islands, a 60-minute ferry ride away.

Construction in collaboration with Panama's prestigious K Group Developers (headed by Roger Khafif) is set to begin in November 2006 with the inauguration in 2009.

Residences

All units have spacious terraces overlooking the Bay of Panama (Pacific Ocean) and Panama City, and include fine finishes such as European cabinetry, granite countertops, marble flooring and designer fixtures. Reservations are now being accepted; phase pricing in effect. Part-time residents and investors can also generate additional income by renting out units through our property management services.
